From a love of the waves to our own oasis of calm
It all started in 2017. My wife, our children and I came to Fanes for the first time — me as a beginner kiter, the family as curious company. We fell for the place on that very first visit. The beautiful sea, the sandy beach and the atmosphere charmed us so much that we began coming back every year, sometimes more than once.
In 2022 the decision finally ripened: we would build a small holiday home near the sea here. In the end we managed to buy a beautiful plot of 6,650 m².
It was immediately clear it would be a shame to keep such beauty to ourselves — we wanted to give others the chance to feel what we feel here every single time. And so the idea of a small family resort was born. Jasmine, Sykia, Lemoni, Olive — four houses, one home by the sea.
